The following terms and conditions are governing the use of the SIGNAGEKRAFT website. The right to add, delete and/or modify any points in this page is reserved with us.
Who is eligible to use the website?
SIGNAGEKRAFT will only provide service to a customer who is above 18 to lawfully use the website SIGNAGEKRAFT does not allow customers to collect or use information collected on the website to create imitative work from its website. If the below conditions are breached, SIGNAGEKRAFT is entitled to pursue legal course of action under the applicable state law. These terms and conditions are applicable to all our clients:
- SIGNAGEKRAFT solely owns the copyright to all the content as well as design, graphics and organization. Distribution or copying of any such matters is prohibited and is subjected to lawsuit.
- User of the site represents and warrants to SIGNAGEKRAFT that in use its site, user will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity or other legal right of any third party.
- SIGNAGEKRAFT will not be liable to any user or any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages (including damages relating to lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill). Arising out of relating to or connected with (a) the use of the site or any service or products based on any cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. (b) the content contained on the site, or (c) any delay or failure in performance beyond control of the Covered Party.
- SIGNAGEKRAFT s uses standard industry software for designing and printing purpose. We do not guarantee any color matching or exact color print. Slight color variations are possible and should be considered as acceptable and will not be considered production mistake and will not be eligible for refund or return or re production. We use best judgment to match color but if you need visually match color, we suggest ordering sample product.
- Please double check all your design before submitting order. We will not be held responsible for mistakes in design made by the customer.
- SIGNAGEKRAFT shows estimated delivery date for each order. These dates are indicative dates only and are based on production ready orders and don’t include any public holidays or shipping delays. Any delay due to shipping has to be addressed directly with the shipping company.
Return and Production policy
We at SIGNAGEKRAFT Sign works strive to provide the best possible experience while you order with us. There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same. Cancellation Policy
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we try & print and manufacture the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of Bank Transfer that will be emailed to you immediately. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at info@signagekraft.com
Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made SIGNAGEKRAFT will automatically cancel the order. An email notification will be sent to you when we cancel the order.
Large Format – Cancellation & Production Policy
Cancellations of any projects must be made by E-Mail. Any cancellation of a Signage or the application of Vinyl graphics must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the work is to be carried out. If these criteria are not met a 30% cancellation charge shall be added to the final invoice.
Any products that need to be printed require a 48 hour period, in order for the ink to properly dry, before the artwork can be laminated. The product will then need a 24 hour period for the lamination to fully bond to the print. Should the client’s deadline require that the artwork be laminated before this period, the client takes full responsibility for any De-lamination that may occur later on down the line. (Refers to vinyl, films & printing application works)
The standard production time will be 4-8 working days however, the specific production time that any job requires will be outlined at the quoting stage and by agreeing to the quote the client agrees to the deadline outlined by SIGNAGEKRAFT . This lead time commences once the deposit has been received by SIGNAGEKRAFT . Work order & Local Purchase order required.
Work will be delay in any nature cause, improper electricity or any person hurt or material defect by manufacturer.
SIGNAGEKRAFT takes no responsibility for any paint damage caused by application or removal of any self-adhesive materials. Original factory paint usually will have no issues but re sprays and touch ups as well as very old original paint can cause lacquer or paint damage, this is not a result of the vinyl and is completely due to the paint and as there is no way to ascertain the integrity of the lacquer or paint we cannot be held liable in any way for damage caused. If you are unsure we suggest you do not apply anything to your paintwork. If you decide this after giving approval to manufacture your graphics you will still be liable for the costs incurred less the installation charges.
For Day/Night installation in public area, Customer should take permission from Municipality and submit the permission letter to SIGNAGEKRAFT Signwork Team.
Customer to should look after the fines & complaints raised by government. Our teams try to maintain silence as much as possible during the time of installation of signages.
Design Policy
All pricing for works assumes that the client be responsible for supplying print-ready artwork (meaning in CMYK color format, with all text converted to outlines and images embedded) unless otherwise agreed By SIGNAGEKRAFT .
If the client would like SIGNAGEKRAFT to produce artwork then they will subject to an artwork charge relative to the time taken to produce artwork is chargeable.
Logos must be supplied as vectored elements, if not; a charge will be added to re-create the logo. SIGNAGEKRAFT make every effort to display as accurately as possible any colors used in your project. Colors do vary slightly depending on your computer screen, files used (RGB / CMYK) and what material the designs are printed on.
Any extra costs that may arise due to the purchasing of stock photos, typefaces or anything else will be added to the final invoice.
Proof
When any artwork is produced by us, proof will be sent to the client for confirmation. In confirming the proof the client takes full responsibility for any errors in the artwork including spelling, typos, incorrect phone numbers, Missing letters, but not limited to low resolution images. Please pick up on errors at this stage. Unless otherwise agreed by SIGNAGEKRAFT a single round of revisions to the proof will come free of charge. Multiple proofs will be chargeable per hour of design work.
Payment Policy
Clients will be advised to pay a 50% advance inclusive of GST, 50% after the work Completion.
No work will be started until payment is received by SIGNAGEKRAFT . Add on work raise new quotation new invoice No final files, materials or finished Signage’s will be handed over until the remaining balance has been received by SIGNAGEKRAFT .
Payments must be made by online transfer or Cheque only in favor of SIGNAGEKRAFT.
All legal regulations, permits, approvals etc. are the responsibility of the customer, SIGNAGEKRAFT cannot be held responsible for any violations for the type of sign or the installation of the sign requested or suggested by or to the customer.
